In mid-January, the IBET (Integrated biochemical and electrochemical technologies) project began the integration process of connecting University of Michigan’s two-phase reactors with Argonne National Lab’s ERCHD reactor and Northwestern’s GAME reactor. The Department of Energy came to visit and witness some of the progress of the integration process.
